Situations Not Eligible for Refunds or Free Replacements
Refunds or free replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

An incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address was provided at checkout.

The recipient cannot be contacted, is unknown at the delivery address, or refuses the package.

The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or variation.

The customer is dissatisfied with the product despite it being received in proper working condition.

No issue is reported within 7 days after the package is marked as delivered.
If a replacement is requested in any of the situations above, additional shipping or replacement fees may apply.

Refund Processing
